Trapezoid Side Stones
Trapezoids are available in both brilliant and step cut varieties. The trapezoid cut diamond is a four-sided stone shaped with the top and bottom sides parallel and the other sides slanting inward. The outline looks like a triangle with one of the ends cut off. Trapezoid cut diamonds are used mainly for side stones.

Half Moon Side Stones
Half moon side stones are hand-selected to match your center stone. Half moon cuts feature half of the profile of either an oval cut diamond or a brilliant round cut diamond. They feature a curve on the one side and a straight line on the other.

Epaulettes
An Epaulet is a modified 5-sided fancy cut of a diamond, somewhere between a Trapezoid and a Tapered Bullet. It resembles a shoulder ornament in outline, and its name comes from the French spelling - Epaulette. Available in either a step cut or brilliant cut, they work well with either long or short center stones.
