REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Windsor Jewelers is committed to your complete satisfaction and makes buying online risk-free with the guaranteed assurance of our return policy.

Your happiness is our utmost concern and we offer a 7 day return policy from the date of purchase for all online sales. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that has not been custom engraved or sized in its original condition for a full refund based upon the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been damaged or worn. Refunds will be processed after inspection of item(s). Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

For exchanges, we will be happy to provide store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error or discrepancy caused by Windsor Jewelers.

Should you need to return your item, please contact Windsor Jewelers to request a return authorization. Once the return authorization has been issued, we will e-mail it to you along with mailing instructions. Be sure to include all original contents in your return package.
