LUXURY WATCH REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Every fine Swiss timepiece is designed to provide you with years of accurate and reliable service and to do that, periodic maintenance and care is required to ensure optimum operation.

Whether you have an automatic, mechanical or quartz timepiece, a worn-out part or aged oil inside could cause your watch to start losing time or stop altogether.

Depending on the brand and age of your watch, we recommend having it professionally serviced every 3 to 5 years. At Windsor Jewelers, we ensure that every timepiece leaving our workshops complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications.

The maintenance process involves the movement being completely overhauled by our Certified Watch Technicians: it’s removed from the case, disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, reassembled and properly lubricated. Timekeeping and water-resistance are rigorously tested to factory accuracy. Each case, bracelet and all external components are meticulously refinished to restore their luster.

We are privileged to be a Rolex Authorized Service Center and one of a limited group of watchmakers with Rolex training who have been acknowledged for their dexterity. We adhere to the Rolex Service Procedure, which was created to guarantee that every watch that leaves a Rolex facility meets its original functional and aesthetic requirements.
