WINDSOR JEWELERS #WINDSORWEDDINGS CONTEST

ENTRY PERIOD: Monthly until further notice

Windsor Jewelers will select a winner monthly from entries gathered. Entries from both stores will be collected and a single winner will be drawn monthly. The winner will be contacted by Windsor Jewelers by phone or email and their photo and name will be posted on Windsor Jewelers’ social media pages. Non-winners’ entries will remain in the pool for a period of one year from entry date for an additional chance to win.

WHO CAN ENTER: This contest is open to legal residents of North Carolina who are 21 years old or older and who purchased an engagement ring and/or wedding band from Windsor Jewelers. Employees of Windsor Jewelers and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER: SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO AT  WINDSOR-JEWELERS.COM/WINDSOR-WEDDINGS-PHOTO-SUBMISSION AND INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER TO BE ENTERED! Entries may not be submitted in any other formats. Only one entry is allowed per person.

DEADLINES AND ENTRIES: Entries must be submitted by EACH MONTH’S END at 11:59 PM. Windsor Jewelers reserves the right to contact the entrants.

COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE: A $250 Windsor Jewelers gift card.

RESTRICTIONS: Open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are at least 21 years old. Employees of Windsor Jewelers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter this contest, but you must have purchased your engagement ring and/or wedding bands from Windsor Jewelers to be eligible to win. No cash value. Once a winner has been selected, he or she has two business days to contact Windsor Jewelers with his or her information.

WINNER: At the conclusion of each entry period, a winner will be selected at random from all of the eligible entrants. There will be one winner monthly. The selection will be final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable or the non-response to any prize notification will result in the disqualification of the entrant and the selection of an alternate winner. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and agree that if the winner fails to provide proof of identity, fails to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated the Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing.

Windsor Jewelers reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Windsor Jewelers, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Windsor Jewelers, and any parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies, from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

NO TRANSFERS: No transfers, substitutions in prizes, or cash will be allowed except by Windsor Jewelers, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Windsor Jewelers will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates, or other prize items once they are in the winner’s possession.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: The winner must comply with all instructions and restrictions listed here or in the prize-notification communication, including the completion of an affidavit and liability/publicity release, and return them within two days of the date on the prize-notification letter; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

TAXES: If applicable, liability for any applicable taxes associated with the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax-reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service based on when the prize is awarded. All expenses not specifically provided for by the Promoter in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. If applicable, each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. The Promoter and Sponsor reserve the right to withhold the prizes until the completed form W-9 is received.

LOST OR LATE ENTRIES: Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Windsor Jewelers reserves the right to modify or terminate this contest or disqualify any entry. In the event of early termination, Windsor Jewelers will randomly select a winner from all eligible entries received at the time of termination. Windsor Jewelers is not responsible for natural disasters, or acts of man or God.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Windsor Jewelers is not responsible for: (1) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (2) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (3) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the contest. Windsor Jewelers may prohibit an entrant from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in Windsor Jewelers sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Windsor Jewelers representatives. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Windsor Jewelers that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, then Windsor Jewelers reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the contest and to select a potential winner from among all of the eligible entries received by Windsor Jewelers up until the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Windsor Jewelers reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law. All results posted are unofficial until the winner responds to the prize-notification communication sent to him or her.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the contest for gambling purposes, he or she will be disqualified and reported to the authorities.

Windsor Jewelers reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE: When you register, Windsor Jewelers collects personally identifying information about you, including your name, phone number and email address. The information that you provide will be added to a centralized Windsor Jewelers email database as you so indicate by agreeing to the contest rules.
